Once your order is shipped, “standard delivery” is approximately 3-5 business days.
Delivery dates are estimates only and can vary due to backorders, payment information, and various shipping delays beyond our control.
Please note that shipping occurs Monday thru Friday only.

Returns
Provided that the product is not washed or damaged, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery for a refund (not including shipping). Customer is responsible for all initial and return shipping charges, insurance, and any damage in transit for the return.

Exchanges
While we don’t process “exchanges”….we do allow “returns” Just return your item for a refund in accordance with the “Return Policy” above. Once you receive your refund, place a new order for the new item wanted.
Defective Merchandise
Defective merchandise will be replaced. Please return defective merchandise to us at the address provided below along with a note explaining the defect and a return address where you would like the new item shipped. Once received, igbok, llc will replace the defective item and refund the amount of the original shipping cost.
